Once a year, long before the first glass is poured, our story starts out in the West Texas sun. A crew of 15 people heads out together to harvest truckloads of wild prickly pears by hand—because this drink has always been about doing things the right way.
Bierhaus was the original creator of the Prickly Pear Margarita, born from grit, tradition, and a love for bold local flavor. That same pioneering spirit helped introduce Ranch Waters long before they became a staple everywhere else.
